at one of our events?

READ THIS CAREFULLY! By submitting for an event, you are agreeing to these terms. Fill out the form below to apply for one of our events. If accepted, you can pay the booth fee (if applicable) via Square, Venmo, or PayPal. We do require payment and your current ST-19 Form (or equivalent) to finalize your booth. Unless other arrangements are made via email, if payment for your booth is not received or you have failed to provide your ST-19, your spot will be forfeited. Cancelations are accepted up to 2 weeks in advance with a full refund, within two weeks of the event, we will refund 50%. (We’re not monsters, if you can’t make it due to a sudden emergency, explain what you can and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.)

If you can’t remember the name or date of the event, please scroll below the form, all our fliers for upcoming events will be below. The booth fee will be listed next to the flier to avoid confusion. If you want multiple events, we do need this form filled out for each one to avoid confusion.
